I lost my password. What do I do?

On the website:

1. Go to Poply.com and sign in, or click here.
2. Enter your email address and then click Forgot password? Click here below the password field.
3. Verify that your email is correctly entered in the field. If it's not, enter it now.
4. Click Send password reset email.
5. We'll email you a link to reset your password.

On the iOS or Android App:

1. Click on Been Here Before? Login near the bottom of the app home screen.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click on Forgot password? Click here at the bottom of the page.
4. Verify that your email is correctly entered in the field. If it's not, enter it now.
5. Click Continue.
6. We'll email you a link to reset your password.

If you are generally having problems remembering your password then you may wish to change your password to one you find easier to remember.
