Create a beautiful invitation to your event in just a few steps:
On the website:
- Log in to Poply.com via your favorite browser.
- Select a template from one of the event categories. To navigate the categories, click the event type names at the top of the page.
- Once you find your desired category, select a template and click on it. Preview each template by scrolling up and down.
- Once you have found your favorite template, click Customize at the top of the page.
- Fill in your event details on the About, Where, When, and Settings pages. The only required field is the Event Name, but providing as much information as possible is helpful for your guests. If you want the a map to appear on your invite, provide the full address of your event location on the Where page.
- After you've entered the details about your event, you can add photos to your invitation. If you upgrade to Poply Premium, you can upload your personal photos or videos and apply a designer color theme. If you wish to keep your invitation free, you can upload photos from the Gallery which has thousands of free photos for you to choose from. When you're finished customizing, click Save & Continue to Add Guests.
- Your invitation is ready and now you can add guests! Choose how you wish to invite your guests:
- If you want to invite guests by email or phone, you can import your contacts’ emails/mobile phone numbers from your Google account, phone, or .csv file.
- You can also copy the link to your invitation by clicking My Link. Paste the link in a text message, or through social media -- WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
On the iOS or Android App:
- Open the Poply App on your smartphone or tablet and log in.
- Tap the + sign on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- Choose a template from one of the event categories. To navigate the categories, tap the event type names at the top of the page.
