Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the verification email to go out. If you have waited for a long time and it still hasn't arrived, try these solutions:
- It's possible that the verification email went to your Spam folder in your email. Please check your Spam folder and if you find it there, add the email address cheers@poply.com to your email program's white list to ensure you receive emails from us in the future.
- If you don't see the email in your Spam folder, it's possible you accidentally entered a typo in your email address. Hey -- it happens to the best of us! You can update it by visiting the Poply site and clicking Sign Up again. You will be sent to the verify page. On the bottom of the page, you'll see text that says Wrong email address? Click it below to change it. Click the pencil icon and enter the correct email address.
