Minimum Photo Sizes
- All custom photos must be at least 500 pixels wide.
- If you are using a template with a square photo, it must have a minimum height of 500 pixels.
- If you are using a template with rectangular photos, they must have a minimum height of 335 pixels.
Maximum Photo Sizes
- The maximum size for a custom photo on the mobile app is 10 MB.
- The maximum size for a custom photo on the website is 20 MB.
