Poply provides information about the status of each invitation you send through the Poply application. To see the status of an invitation you sent, follow these steps:
Using the Poply web site:
- Log in to Poply.com via your favorite browser.
- Locate the event you wish to view on the manage events page.
- Click the image for your event.
- Scroll down the page to the Guests area. You will see lists for guests who are Attending, Not Attending, and Not Replied.
- Scroll down to the Not Replied area. Each guest will be listed along with information about their invitation status under their email/mobile number. Possible statues are:
- Email/Message not opened. (The invitation was delivered, but the guest hasn't opened it.)
- Email/Message opened, invite not viewed. (The invitation was delivered and opened.)
- Invite viewed. (The invitation was opened and the guest viewed the invitation but has not responded yet.)

Using the Poply app:
- Open the Poply app on your smartphone or tablet. Login to Poply.
- Locate the event you wish to view on the manage events page.
- Click the image for your event.
- Scroll down the page to the Guests area. You will see tabs for guests who are Attending, Not Attending, and Not Replied.
- Click the Not Replied tab. Each guest will be listed along with information about their invitation status under their email/mobile number. Possible statues are:
- Email/Message not opened. (The invitation was delivered, but the guest hasn't opened it.)
- Email/Message opened, invite not viewed. (The invitation was delivered and opened.)
- Invite viewed. (The invitation was opened and the guest viewed the invitation but has not responded yet.)

Please note: you will not be able to track guests invited via the My Link tool until they have RSVPed to your event. Learn more about using My Link.
