Canceling your subscription is simple! Follow these steps to cancel your subscription or free trial:
On the website:
- Log in to Poply.com via your favorite browser.
- Click the My Events drop down menu from the upper right corner of the screen and select My Account.
- Scroll down on the page until you reach the Premium Subscription box. Note: this section will only appear if you are currently subscribed or within your free trial period.
- Click the Manage My Subscription button and you will be taken to a secure site from our payment provider.
- Once on this page, begin by clicking the Cancel plan button. You will then be taken to a confirmation page.
- Cancel your subscription or free trial by selecting Cancel plan to confirm. Please note that your Premium subscription will still be available until the end of the billing cycle, however if you are canceling a free trial, access to Premium features will end immediately.
- Return to your Poply account by clicking the Return to Poply button on the left side of the screen.
On the iOS App:
- Log in to your account on the Poply app on your iPhone.
- Tap the three lines in the upper left corner to open the menu and select My Account.
- Select Manage Subscription to view the details of your Premium subscription or free trial.
- Tap the Manage Subscription button at the bottom of the page. You will leave the Poply app and be taken to the App Store to continue with the cancelation process.
- Find Poply under the list of Active subscriptions and tap to edit your subscription or free trial.
- Tap the red Cancel Subscription button to cancel your Poply subscription or free trial. A box will pop up to confirm your cancelation. Select Confirm to cancel your subscription or free trial. Please note that your Premium subscription will still be available until the end of the billing cycle, however if you are canceling a free trial, access to Premium features will end immediately.

On the Android App:
- Log in to your account on the Poply app on your Android device.
- Tap the three lines in the upper left corner to open the menu and select My Account.
- Select Manage Subscription to view the details of your Premium subscription or free trial.
- Tap the Manage Subscription button at the bottom of the page. You will leave the Poply app and be taken to the Google Play Store to continue with the cancelation process.
- Tap the Cancel subscription on the bottom right corner of the screen. First, you will be given the option to pause your subscription. Then you will be asked a brief question about why you are canceling your subscription.
- Finally, confirm the cancelation of your subscription or free trial by tapping the green Cancel subscription button. Please note that your Premium subscription will still be available until the end of the billing cycle, however if you are canceling a free trial, access to Premium features will end immediately.

Note: Please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Free trials are only available once. You must cancel your subscription through the platform on which you initially subscribed (e.g. if you subscribed on the App Store, you must cancel through the App Store).
