To change your payment method or billing information for your Premium subscription, follow these steps:
On the website:
- Log in to Poply.com via your favorite browser.
- Click the My Events drop down menu from the upper right corner of the screen and select My Account.
- Scroll down on the page until you reach the Premium Subscription box. Note: this section will only appear if you are currently subscribed.
- Click the Manage My Subscription button and you will be taken to a secure site from our payment provider.
- Edit your credit card info by clicking on the pencil icon next to the last four digits of the credit card currently on file.
- Select the Add payment method option and enter in the new credit card information.
- Click Update to save your payment method.
- Return to your Poply account by clicking the Return to Poply button on the left side of the screen.
On the iOS or Android App:
Poply Premium subscriptions purchased on the iOS or Android apps are managed through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, respectively. The payment method used to pay for your Poply Premium subscription is the payment method you have saved in either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
